1. Enter the Member Login area of the ISTA website.

2. Login by entering your username and password.

3. Choose EDIT USER PROFILE and begin reviewing and editing (if necessary) your contact information. Make sure you review all the information including your LABORATORY INFORMATION.

4. Return to this page and proceed to STEP 2 when finished.

Please note: If your laboratory is suspended, it will NOT appear in the 2008 Resource Book.
